We are delighted to introduce you to the new New Zealand team. Together with The Hearing House, we are rolling out the Hear For You program in Auckland, New Zealand. The program is supported by the Anonymous Trust and the ASB Community Trust.
A special training program was held in Auckland in early February 2011 at which the New Zealand mentors learned about how to interact with teens. The training was led by Nick Doyle, Olivia Andersen and David Brady.
Nine impressive deaf adults will lead the New Zealand program which starts in March, 2011.
